Whether you need a single booking or full end-to-end planning, every trip is thoughtfully organized to deliver an exceptional travel experience.

  • Getting started is simple. Fill out the intake form to share a few details and I'll be in touch to walk you through the process and answer any questions you have.

  • There's a difference between booking a trip and designing an experience. Anyone can reserve a hotel room or purchase a flight — what I do is craft a journey that reflects who you are, how you travel, and what you want to feel when you get there.

What sets me apart is the kind of experience I bring to the table. Twenty-five years of coordinating and managing complex, high-stakes travel logistics for government clients sharpened my precision, problem-solving, and attention to detail in ways that continue to shape how I plan every trip.

I anticipate needs and put myself in each traveler's shoes — because great travel planning isn't just about logistics. It's about truly understanding what matters to the people taking the journey.

  • My pricing is straightforward and designed to deliver value at every level.

For bookings made through my preferred partner network — including hotels, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages — there is no planning fee. I receive a commission directly from the travel provider, which allows me to deliver expert guidance, exclusive perks, and personalized service at no additional cost to you.

For non-commissionable bookings, such as independent vacation rentals, Airbnbs, or highly customized itineraries, a concierge planning fee applies. This ensures every aspect of your trip — from accommodations and activities to dining and transportation is thoroughly researched, carefully vetted, and tailored to your preferences.

    Fee Structure:

Short trips (1–4 days): starting at $200

Standard trips (5–9 days): starting at $350

Complex trips (10+ days): starting at $500

    Special Occasions: starting at $500

Fees are quoted based on the scope and complexity of your itinerary. An invoice is sent at the start of the planning process, with payment due before planning begins..

  • I take the time to understand not just where you want to go, but how you want to feel when you get there — and I'll ask the right questions to make sure every detail reflects that.

From there, I handle everything. The research, the comparisons, the bookings, the logistics — all of it is taken care of so you don't have to spend hours online wondering if you're making the right choice. You'll receive clear, timely communication throughout the process and a well-organized itinerary with every detail in one place.

I'm also available before and during your trip, so if something comes up or you have a question, you're never on your own.

The experience should feel effortless. That's not just a promise — it's the standard I hold every trip to.

  • Travel plans sometimes change — and when they do, I'm here to help navigate the process.

While I provide full support for rescheduling or cancellations, any fees or penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, or other travel providers remain subject to their individual policies. This is why I always recommend purchasing travel insurance and why I factor flexibility into my recommendations from the start — advising on the best fares, rates, and booking strategies to minimize potential penalties wherever possible.

If adjustments are needed, I'll work with you to explore alternatives, manage the logistics, and find the best available solution for your schedule and needs. My goal is to make an already stressful situation as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Please note that concierge planning fees are non-refundable, as they represent the time, research, and expertise already invested in designing your experience. This will always be communicated clearly before planning begins.

  • Already have a hotel booked? That's not a problem.

Depending on the property and how the reservation was made, I may be able to take over the booking on your behalf and apply any available perks through my preferred partner network — at no additional cost to you. Just reach out and I'll look into what's possible.

If you'd like to go further, I can add a full layer of concierge planning to your trip — from flight guidance and dining recommendations to transfers, activities, and a fully organized travel itinerary, with every detail accounted for and easy to reference in one place. A concierge planning fee applies for this service, and I'll provide a personalized quote based on your itinerary.

Whether you just want the perks or the full experience, I'm here to help either way.

  • In most cases, yes. When bookings are made directly with hotels, resorts, or travel partners through my preferred network, you can typically still earn loyalty points just as you would booking on your own — with the added benefit of exclusive perks on top.

That said, point eligibility can vary by property and program, so if this is a priority for you, just let me know upfront and I'll factor it into my recommendations.

  • The earlier, the better — especially for peak travel seasons, popular destinations, and complex itineraries where availability and pricing can shift quickly. As a general guide, I recommend starting the planning process at least 3–6 months in advance to ensure the best options are still on the table.

For honeymoons, group trips, safaris, or travel during high-demand periods, even more lead time is ideal.

That said, if your timeline is shorter, don't hesitate to reach out. Last-minute travel can often still be arranged, and I'll always be upfront about what's available and what's possible within your timeframe.
